This is a series of Sacred Sound Ceremonies to lock in presence over presents and protect your energy through the year-end hustle.

This is a 4 session package allowing you to stay anchored in Presence Over Presents. Session times are as set out below with schedule variety to support the busy year-end calendar for participants. This is a FOUR SESSION PACKAGE FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES/TIMES:

1) The Frequency of Gratitude - Saturday, November 22nd 9-10am

2) Honoring the Ancestors - Monday, December 1st 6:30-7:30pm

3) Release the Pressure - Thursday, December 11th 6:30-7:30pm

4) Protect Your Peace - Saturday, December 20th 9-10am
